Black Lava Rock is a beautiful and classic aquascaping rock that provides a stunning contrast with lush green aquarium plants.  This beautifully textured rock is very light and porous, making it ideal for attaching plants like Moss, Anubias, and Java Fern. The porosity of the rock also makes it ideal for housing beneficial bacteria which is great for high flow aquariums!

Small Stones .5 - 2lbs / 6" x 4" x 3.5" approx.

Medium Stones 2 - 6lbs / 8" x 6" x 4.5" approx.

Large Stones 6 - 11lbs / 11" x 8" x 6" approx.

Beautiful rocks, carefully packaged.

I purchased the 22lbs of black lava rock in mixed sizes. Great care was taken in preparing the rock for shipping. None of the rocks were damaged, the variety of sizes is on point, and each piece has character. I shouldn't have too much difficulty as I proceed with my very first aquascape! I would trust SR Aquaristik again to provide quality hardscape.
