Weathered Driftwood is a dense, dark wood that usually sinks immediately but may need soaking to become fully water-saturated. Aquarium Weathered Driftwood is exceptionally hard and resistant to rot, unlike regular driftwood. It adds visual interest, enhances architectural structure, and provides shelter for aquarium inhabitants.

I am giving this 5 stars because the product was delivered as promised and I'm not one who leaves bad reviews due to personal preferences because we all have different preferences, but it could've been better. I ordered one mini and two small pieces of driftwood. I didn't need two small pieces, only one, but ordered two so that I could choose which one I liked better for my aquarium. Since it is impossible to select the exact pieces we will receive, I thought this gave me a better chance of getting one I liked. If I didn't like one, at least I might've liked the other. Well I received two nearly identical pieces, neither of which I particularly like. The mini I like, but not the two smalls. So my advice is to either let people choose the individual piece they will be receiving somehow, or give them a rough template of the ones they will receive, or send them pieces that are different and not nearly identical. So to wrap up, I got what I ordered so 5 stars are deserved, but I think it could've been better.

I was eyeing a driftwood on the site and it unfortunately got sold out. This is my first time setting up an aquarium so I emailed customer service and a kind employee named Terri helped me out by finding a similar driftwood like the one I missed out on! I am very thankful for her assistance. She shipped it out the same day that I made my decision on the driftwood I wanted and now I have a driftwood for my aquarium. I feel that I’ve made a worth-it purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY

Product Shipping
Enjoy complimentary standard ground shipping on all dry goods purchases exceeding $49. For orders below $49, a nominal flat shipping and handling fee of $16 will be applied, ensuring your products are delivered efficiently and affordably.
Plant Shipping
Receive free shipping on all plant orders over $100. For orders under $100, a shipping and handling fee of $16 is applied, making the delivery of your plants both straight forward and cost-effective.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Livestock orders are shipped Monday - Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday at noon CDT will be shipped the following Monday.
If there is any delay in shipping of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We will do our best to help anyway possible.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside of the Continental USA.
RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards, Livestock is exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
