The ultimate convenience among the external filters for aquariums. The external filter meets the highest demands in water filtration and filter cleaning. The combination of highly effective biological filtering with Hel-X and mechanical/biological cleaning with filter sponges ensures healthy and clear aquarium water. The BioMaster is suitable for aquariums with a volume of 250 to 600 litres. No complete cleaning needed: the EasyClean pre-filter chamber enables convenient filter cleaning. The automatic shut-off and safety lock prevent unwanted water leaks, e.g. when removing the pre-filter module. A practical venting button makes the water suction highly effective and allows for a quick and convenient start. The complete set includes filter media, hoses, adapters, suction and discharge pipes as well as the water diffuser. The BioMaster is available with or without an adjustable heater.

Pre-Filter Foams
The BioMaster series comes with 45 ppi activated carbon filters inside the pre-filter module. To optimize filtration OASE offers coarse 30 ppi, fine 45 ppi, and ultra-fine 60 ppi replacement foams to customize the pre-filter. All replacement pre-filter foams come in sets of six for your replenishment needs. Timing to replace the pre-filter foams varies upon aquarium size, number of fish and plants, and declines in filter performance. All BioMaster filter foams are compatible with any of the BioMaster models.

Filter Media
The BioMaster series comes with ultra-coarse and coarse filter foams as well as Hel-x Biomedia. Since the pre-filter will do most of the filtration, these main filter foams require less frequent changes. The quantity of each filter media in the unit depends on the size of the filter. Timing to replace the filter foams varies upon aquarium size, number of fish and plants, and declines in filter performance. All BioMaster filter foams are compatible with any of the BioMaster models.

Plant Shipping
Receive free shipping on all plant orders over $100. For orders under $100, a shipping and handling fee of $16 is applied, making the delivery of your plants both straight forward and cost-effective.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Livestock orders are shipped Monday - Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday at noon CDT will be shipped the following Monday.
If there is any delay in shipping of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We will do our best to help anyway possible.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside of the Continental USA.
RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards, Livestock is exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
