The SR Aquaristik 5 LBS Aluminum CO2 bottle is a key component to any aquarium CO2 system. The aluminum bottle is much lighter and more attractive than the steel bottle and will not rust or cause discoloration from sitting inside aquarium cabinets. This bottle comes standard with a CGA 320 valve and is compatible with most North American CO2 regulators.

All tanks are shipped empty.  Unfortunately we are not able to ship any CO2 bottles full. If you are a local customer, we are happy to refill or swap CO2 bottles.

SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Product Shipping

Enjoy complimentary standard ground shipping on all dry goods purchases exceeding $49. For orders below $49, a nominal flat shipping and handling fee of $16 will be applied, ensuring your products are delivered efficiently and affordably.

Plant Shipping

Receive free shipping on all plant orders over $100. For orders under $100, a shipping and handling fee of $16 is applied, making the delivery of your plants both straight forward and cost-effective.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Livestock orders are shipped Monday - Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday at noon CDT will be shipped the following Monday.

If there is any delay in shipping of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout if free shipping is not applicable.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We will do our best to help anyway possible.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of the Continental USA.

RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards, Livestock is exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should ship your product to 1441 Timber Dr., Elgin, IL 60123

You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
